Tech Support Engineer (On Call support)

- Good command with Microsoft office suite for MIS and documentation.
- Office administration & Liaison with all departments as per need.
- Good Communication skills- English and Hindi
- Will be responsible for technical support (electronic Security Systems ) via mail , team viewer & Calls
- Will be responsible for FCR (First call resolution).
- Will be responsible for follow ups till the end.
- Will be responsible for documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
- Will be responsible for participation in providing training to customers as required.
- Candidate will be highly experienced in providing excellent customer service and problem escalation/resolution for Electronic Security Systems like CCTV Cameras, Access Control, DVRs, Intruder Alarm system ,electronic article surveillance
- Proper coordination with concerned department for trouble shooting.
