Skill Set:
  1. Calmness under pressure and maintain records in timely and accurate mode.
  2. Good decision-making, communication, and IT skills.
  3. Ability to encourage and motivate people with responsible attitude.
  4. Interest in helping and working with customers.
  5. Should have sound practical judgment of priorities.
  6. Good command with Microsoft office suite for MIS and documentation.
  7. Office administration & Liaison with all departments as per need. 
  8. Good Communication skills- English and Hindi
Job Profile:

Operational Tasks

  1. Will be responsible for technical support  (electronic  Security Systems ) via mail , team viewer & Calls
  2. Will be responsible for FCR (First call resolution).
  3. Will be responsible for follow ups till the end.
  4. Will be responsible for documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
  5. Will be responsible for participation in providing training to customers as required.
  6. Candidate will be highly experienced in providing excellent customer service and problem escalation/resolution for Electronic Security Systems like CCTV Cameras, Access Control, DVRs, Intruder Alarm system ,electronic article surveillance
  7. Proper coordination with concerned department for trouble shooting.
