5-8 years of experience in project execution, preferably in the Electronic Security, ELV & Surv.

Noida (Travel as per project requirements)

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication/IT/Computer Science) or equivalent.
• PMP or other project management certifications will be an added advantage.

• Strong project planning and execution capabilities.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
• Knowledge of project documentation and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project management tools.

Project Planning & Execution

• Manage end-to-end execution of assigned projects.
• Prepare project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and execution schedules.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per client requirements.
• Monitor project progress and resolve execution challenges proactively.

Client Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
• Conduct project review meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate project handover and obtain client sign-off.

Team Coordination

• Lead and supervise project engineers, site engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
• Ensure effective communication between the project team and management.

Vendor & Procurement Coordination

• Coordinate with the procurement team for timely availability of materials.
• Follow up with vendors and suppliers for deliveries.
• Verify material utilization and minimize wastage.

Site Management

• Conduct site surveys and assess project readiness.
• Ensure compliance with installation standards and project specifications.
• Monitor quality of work at project sites. 

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare project status reports and MIS.
• Maintain project documentation, including BOQs, work orders, drawings, approvals, and handover documents.
• Ensure proper documentation of project milestones and closures.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and quality standards.
• Implement safety guidelines and statutory compliance at project sites.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.

Financial Monitoring

• Monitor project costs and resource utilization.
• Coordinate with the accounts team regarding billing milestones and project-related documentation.
• Support project profitability through effective cost control.
