- proven experience in government sales, preferably in security equipment, surveillance, electronics, or defense-related manufacturing sectors.
- Sound knowledge of public procurement procedures (GeM, CPPP, DGS&D, Ministry-level tenders).
- Demonstrated success in handling large government orders and multi-stakeholder engagement.
- Understanding of product compliance and certification norms related to security equipment (e.g., CE, BIS, UL, etc.).

- Excellent understanding of security technology solutions (CCTV, alarms, access control, etc.)
- Strong network within government security and procurement departments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- High proficiency in MS Office, eTendering platforms, and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel across regions for business development.
