- Manage the complete bid lifecycle—from opportunity qualification through to submission—for security tenders, RFPs, RFIs, and proposals.
- Work with sales, technical, operations, and legal teams to develop winning strategies and customer-focused proposals.
- Ensure all submissions meet client requirements, specifications, and compliance criteria—especially for government and critical infrastructure contracts.
- Create tailored content for bids including executive summaries, technical solutions, mobilization plans, and pricing justifications.
- Lead and chair bid kick-off meetings, reviews, and submission timelines, ensuring stakeholder alignment and accountability.
- Support bid/no-bid decision-making through risk assessment and commercial viability checks.
- Maintain a bid content library with up-to-date service descriptions, case studies, CVs, accreditations, and project references specific to security services.
- Monitor post-bid outcomes, conducting lessons learned reviews to refine future bid approaches.
- Ensure strict adherence to NDA, confidentiality, and data protection standards during the bid process.

- 8+ years of experience in bid management, ideally within the security services or facilities management sector.
- Sound knowledge of CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring, and/or integrated security systems.
- Strong command of public procurement processes, particularly in sectors such as transport, healthcare, education, or critical infrastructure.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Advanced organizational and project management skills; comfortable working to tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with online procurement portals.
