- Working relationship with leading consultants, builders, EPC and architects for Security and Surveillance LOP for Project Division.
- To ensure that monthly targets for leads generated, orders booked, sales invoiced, and collections are achieved
- To personally ensure and assess the techno-commercial feasibility of the product/solution being offered
- To ensure overall customer satisfaction and delight
- To provide weekly reports to the Business Head- Projects BU as per the template provided
- Specializing in providing Turnkey Solutions like Fire Detection System, Fire Hydrant, Sprinkler along with Security Systems like CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, Video Door Phone, Multi Apartment Based System, Intrusion Alarm System, Guard Monitoring System, Visitor Management System to Business Associates like electrical contractors, architects, builders, consultants.
- Tab on Market Intelligence ,Competition Analysis, latest trends in the industry
- Demonstrates the ability to drive business performance by displaying knowledge of business, environment and economy, committed to understand Customer’s needs and responding quickly with the best solution
- Client Negotiation and ability to close deal on his/her own, achieve top line and bottom line targets
